Your Brow Lift Recovery
After your brow lift surgery, you’ll need to spend roughly one to two weeks resting and recovering at home. You’ll experience swelling, soreness, and bruising in the treated area, but sleeping with your head elevated can help reduce these symptoms. Additionally, your surgeon will prescribe you pain medication.
As soon as you feel up to it, you’ll want to start taking light walks around your home periodically to keep your blood flowing. You should also get plenty of rest and keep yourself hydrated. Although you can start gradually resuming your normal daily activities after a week or two, you’ll need to wait at least four to six weeks before engaging in strenuous physical activity.
