Dr. O'Brien performed surgery on this 26 year old woman. She had a longstanding dissatisfaction with the appearance and size of her breasts. She elected to proceed with a bilateral breast augmentation using round silicone gel implants. To correct a slight asymmetry Dr. O'Brien used different implant volumes were for each breast. She is very pleased with the result!
