Originally built between 1909 and 1911 and used as a flour mill, the Albers Milling Company building is on the Willamette River north of downtown Portland in the Pearl District. After careful restoration of the outer structure and interior renovation, completed in 1989, the building now includes a 6-story office building with a 4-story atrium at its heart. Our office is on the third floor, and its interior integrates rustic bricks and heavy wooden beams with clean modern flooring and countertops accented by glass lighting fixtures.
