Meet the Team
Although Portland Plastic Surgery Group is led by a team of talented surgeons, our medical and administrative staff are the foundation of our practice. These skilled team members touch every aspect of the patient experience, from the first phone call to the final follow-up visit. Here, get to know our staff and learn why our practice stands apart from other plastic surgery centers in Portland.
Colleen was born and raised in Spokane, Washington. She is the youngest of 10 children and after being both a Husky (UW) and an Eagle (EWU) she ventured off to St. Louis University where she received her Physician Assistant education. After 5+ years working and learning the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery at large teaching hospitals she joined a private practice for 18 years and then Kaiser Permanente for the past 3 years. Therefore, she brings with her 25+ years of experience in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine! Along with treating patients with BOTOX®, dermal fillers, lasers and minor office procedures, Colleen will be assisting the surgeons in the operating room and an integral part of the patient care team here at Portland Plastic Surgery Group. She is an avid Seahawks fan, loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends.
Geneva Green, MS, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant with a passion for enhancing her patients’ natural beauty to inspire confidence.
She was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She received a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Oregon State University, as well as minors in Spanish and Chemistry. She then worked in dermatology prior to obtaining a Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University. Currently, she is completing her Doctorate of Medical Sciences.
Geneva was drawn to plastic surgery as it allows her to blend her technical and artistic skills to help individuals look and feel their best. She hopes to empower her patients to make informed decisions in line with their aesthetic goals. In addition to providing aesthetic treatments in the clinic, she will be assisting the surgeons in the operating room.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, exercising and wine tasting.
Amanda began her nursing career in outpatient surgery in 2011. She had been working as a nurse in plastic surgery for 3 years before she joined the team at Portland Plastic Surgery. She was drawn to plastic surgery because of the way it combines science and beauty. “My nursing approach is warm and compassionate patient care whether I’m supporting patients through their body transformations or encouraging breast reconstruction patients through their cancer journeys. As a cosmetic injector, my goal is to accentuate each person’s unique features with natural-looking enhancements.” When she’s not a work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young daughters. She also enjoys expressing her creativity through baking, design, and DIY projects.
Thai started her nursing career in 2015, coming to our clinic from pediatrics. She believes in providing empathic care and positivity while working with patients. Thai works carefully with patients using her artful and detail-oriented eyes to enhance their look through a custom treatment plan. Outside of work, Thai enjoys going on adventures near and far with her husband, their daughter, and their Boston Terrier.
Aesthetic Injector, RN
Lauren fell in love with aesthetics in 2003 as a consultant for patients seeking cosmetic treatments. Her favorite part was connecting with people, so she decided to become a nurse and in 2015 graduated from OHSU. After a couple incredible years caring for new moms and their babies as a postpartum nurse, she found herself drawn back to the beauty world and began her journey as an aesthetic injector.
“Seeing my patients experience a refreshed, relaxed, healthier-looking version of themselves in the mirror is what makes my job so fun and rewarding.”
When Lauren is not at work, she enjoys anything outdoors with her husband and son. She has always loved traveling and can’t wait to share this experience with her son as he grows up. Lauren is a Portland native and never plans on leaving the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Cheri was born in Southern Oregon but grew up in California and Wyoming. She relocated to the Portland area in August of 2016 and joined the team at Portland Plastic Surgery Group. She has worked in the medical field for 20+ years, beginning as a pharmacy technician then moved into revenue cycle for a major hospital system. She has a strong financial background and is honored to bring her years of experience to Portland Plastic Surgery Group as their practice manager. In her spare time, Cheri enjoys traveling, exploring the beauty of PNW, reading, arts & crafts and spending time with her son and her family.
A Florida native, Martha moved to Oregon over 6 years ago to get her license in aesthetics. She loved aesthetician school so much that she decided to further her education and earned her Advanced Aesthetician License! She stays up-to-date with new trends in the aesthetics field and has a true passion for the services that she provides to her clients. Even though her family still lives in Florida, she enjoys returning home to visit with them as often as she can. Especially her 2 amazing nephews! Outside of the office, she loves to explore all of the amazing spots that Oregon has to offer. She enjoys cooking and traveling as well.

She believes that each and every patient has a story that is unique and should be treated as an individual. “I have had a passion to take care of others since I could remember; to be able to provide support, care and comfort for cancer patients and to help them reclaim their lives.” Joy has 2 grown daughters and 2 beautiful granddaughters, who are her life. They spend a lot of valuable time together. Outside of the office, Joy enjoys focusing on fitness, hiking, camping, riding quads and exploring the beautiful PNW, and spending time with her granddaughters.
