Breast Reconstruction Before & After Case 48

Dr. Zegzula preformed surgery on this 61 year old woman who had a mastectomy and reconstruction in 2009. During this time she did require radiation of the right chest wall, which had significant long-term effects on her right breast, leaving the right breast implant contracted and sitting too high with no projection. Dr. Zegzula performed a capsulectomy and replaced the right breast implant, as well as fat grafting to correct additional deformities of the right breast.
