Breast Reconstruction Before & After Case 47

This is a lovely 41 year old female who had been recently diagnosed with breast cancer. She had previously undergone a double mastectomy and had bilateral tissue expanders placed. The surgeon then performed a second surgery to replace the tissue expanders in both breasts with saline breast implants.
