Pictured is a lovely 67-year-old woman who was dignosed with right breast cancer. She underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy with immediate placemant of tissue expanders. The surgeon performed bilateral breast reconstruction as well as bilateral fat grafting to each breast.
