She is shown 3 months after a 270 degree abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with liposuction. A 270 degree tummy tuck uses a longer incision to remove skin from the sides (love-handle area) and lift the outside of the thighs.
She is only 3 months out so her results will improve as swelling goes away.
